Ken
Tree and Gordon McQuitty are highly successful business coaches
whose approach to individual and team development is based on their
years of management and coaching experience. They each spent over
20 years in business management and coaching/development positions
in the oil and pharmaceuticals industries. Ken’s experience in business
comes from the oil industry, finance and training, much of it in
leadership positions. He brings a wide experience of coaching and
developing people and teams. Gordon has been actively involved in
leading sales teams and in coaching/supporting sales managers through
two mergers and considerable organisational change. They both enjoy
running programmes that are highly informative, fun and interactive.
All
our programmes are tailored to the needs of individuals, teams and
organisations.We always meet with prospective clients to discuss
their needs and develop programmes that meet their requirements.
We pride ourselves in designing and delivering programmes that really
make a difference. After our programmes we follow up with our clients
