A workshop for all managers who have direct reports. The workshop is very flexible and can be tailored to client needs. Areas covered include:

On completion of the workshop, delegates will have a structured approach to coaching. They will have been introduced to a number of skills and will have practised these through realistic and intensive Role Play.
