are Team-200?
Team-200 was set up by
Gordon McQuitty in May 2001.
Gordon spent 23 years working
within sales and sales management in the pharmaceutical industry. The
last 6 years were spent working as a management coach. He has been actively
involved in supporting sales managers through 2 mergers and considerable
organisational change.
Gordons approach
to individual and team development is based on his years of management
and coaching experience. He takes a flexible approach to coaching and
development, tailored to the clients style and needs. Each of us learns
in different ways and it is important to be able to recognise this and
tailor support to client needs to help them maximise outcomes.
